Cooper is a 5 year old male Shih Tzu. He was left by his owners outside and neglected. The neighbors took him in after it was determined he was no longer wanted. They held onto him and tried to find him a home and then realized he may have better luck with a rescue. Cooper is neutered and he is now up to date on shots. He has moved into a foster home and is currently living with a few other dogs. He is a bit shy at first and will need some time to warm up.
