Elvira

ADOPTED! November 20, 2014

ElviraSHMElviraSHM_bodyElvira is a 9-12  month old mutt — she is shaped like a Basset hound with the features of a Shepherd or Labrador. All in all she is a bundle of love – all 20-25 pounds of her.  Elvira and Gremlin were picked up as strays and taken to a local shelter in West Virginia. Nobody came to claim either dog so we took them both in to find them great homes. Elvira loves playing with the other dogs and is having the time of her life hanging out with bones, beds and toys. She is not vocal and will adjust to any lifestyle or home that is lucky enough to adopt her.

Elvira is up to date on shots and will be spayed prior to her adoption.

We are currently seeking a foster home for her until we can place him. If you are interested in fostering Elvira please email our volunteers at foster_coordinators@secondhandmutts.org.

Foster Home Report

Coming soon!

We are not a traditional shelter, we are a cage-free facility. All dogs are temperament tested and must get along with other dogs to stay here. Appointments must be made in advance to meet our Secondhand Mutts. Please call 216-664-9660 or email rescue@secondhandmutts.org to set up a time. We prefer to adopt to local families but will consider long distance adoptions.

Adoption Fee $200
