Jack Frost was seen ejected from a moving vehicle on New Years Eve in the early evening. The car did not stop and the person who recovered him from the streets was unable to get the license plate. Luckily, she was able to get Jack and save him from this frosty weather we’ve been having here in Cleveland. Jack was reported to the local animal agency authorities as well as to several social media outlets to try and locate his owner in the event the person in the vehicle was not his owner. His 3-day hold time is up and now he is looking for a foster home until we can place him in a forever home.
Jack is a feisty, confident male Yorkshire Terrier. He has a lot of pep in his step and a lot of love to give. Jack is up to date on shots and he will be neutered prior to his adoption. He has met a few dogs and does well with them but can be a little demanding due to his testosterone levels (he’s not neutered). With some guidance, praise, command work and a solid owner we are sure Jack will make someone very happy.
