Kris Kringle is a 6 month old pitbull terrier mix. He was picked up stray with an injury and taken to a local vet clinic. He was without a microchip, collar or any identification and suspected as being dumped. He is now in good paws with us and we will take care of him until he finds a forever family to take care of him. Kringle does have some soreness in his leg and some road rash on his face and leg but the wounds are healing. He moved into a foster home with a staff member of The Mutt Hutt and met the two family dogs and baby and is doing great.
Kringle is a laid back, easy going, happy go lucky dog. He would make an excellent family dog and his awesome personality is going to make it difficult for us to choose a home for him because we anticipate he will be Mr. Popularity. Kringle is up to date on shots, microchipped and will be neutered prior to his adoption.

We are not a traditional shelter, we are a cage-free facility. All dogs are temperament tested and must get along with other dogs to stay here. Appointments must be made in advance to meet our Secondhand Mutts. Please call 216-664-9660 or email rescue@secondhandmutts.org to set up a time. We are closed on Sundays. We prefer to adopt to local families but will consider long distance adoptions.
