Muddy

What a fantastic find in this guy! Muddy, once a Cleveland stray who ended up impounded at the City of Cleveland Kennel, was a volunteer favorite at the shelter. With all of his great reviews we had to go meet him. Our team of dog evaluators: Becca, Jon and Eddy, brought along a balanced female dog to make sure he was a fit for our Secondhand Mutt family and he passed his tests with flying colors. Muddy is under a year old, a puppy with a lot of energy to burn. He loves other dogs, people and anyone who will spend time with him. He loves to play and cuddle too. Muddy is great on a leash and will need some basic obedience work once he is adopted, as any young dog will. He is getting neutered and moving into a foster home to recover and then should be able to come and play at daycare regularly next week.

We are not a traditional shelter, we are a cage-free facility. All dogs are temperament tested and must get along with other dogs to stay here. We prefer to adopt to local families but will consider long distance adoptions.

2013 Dog Adoption Fee: $200
Adoption fees cover your dog being fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, spayed or neutered, health checked, temperament tested, micro-chipped and socialized.
