Wendy! Wendy left and she was alone. Wendy was picked up in March running as a stray in Parma. She spent 3 weeks at the Parma Animal Shelter hoping to be reunited with her owner but nobody claimed her. She was stressing out in the kennel environment so we offered to take her in and help find her a home. Wendy would be great for someone with Weimaraner experience as she has some anxiety issues that are common for the breed. She needs to learn some manners at home and she will be a great dog. She is currently living in a foster home, she’s being crate trained and getting along with the other dogs and cat in the home. 

Wendy arrived a bit underweight and in heat. She is scheduled to be spayed by the end of the month and has already gained some weight. She loves other dogs, she is good with kids and cats. She would be ideal for someone with a fenced in yard or someone who enjoys having a running partner. We estimate her to be about 2 years old.
