Ferris

Ferris is a Puggle mix rescued from the Lorain County Kennel. He has just arrived and moved into a foster home so we will have an update on him in a few days. He did settle in nicely with the dogs he has met, was a little shy to eat his first day but has since learned how to gobble up his food. Ferris moved to a no-dog foster home where he will be exposed to children and be spoiled rotten until we can find him a home. He is up to date on shots and will be neutered prior to his adoption.

We are not a traditional shelter, we are a cage-free facility. All dogs are temperament tested and must get along with other dogs to stay here. Appointments must be made in advance to meet our Secondhand Mutts. Please call 216-664-9660 or email rescue@secondhandmutts.org to set up a time. We are closed on Sundays. We prefer to adopt to local families but will consider long distance adoptions.
