Jane

Jane is a laid back, quiet, soft-hearted sweetheart of a dog. We can’t say enough good things about her. She is around 50 pounds, our best guess is she is a Hound/Lab mix given those long ears and distinct markings. Unlike a typical hound dog, she is really quiet. She loves laying in the sun and giving kisses. Jane is around 3 years old. She was picked up as a stray in Richland County in mid-April and her owners never came to claim her. Jane would love to have a family, and we believe she will be an excellent family pet, good with kids and has the potential to be a therapy dog.  Jane will be spayed prior to her adoption.

We are not a traditional shelter, we are a cage-free facility. All dogs are temperament tested and must get along with other dogs to stay here. We prefer to adopt to local families but will consider long distance adoptions.

2013 Dog Adoption Fee: $200
Adoption fees cover your dog being fully vaccinated, heartworm tested, spayed or neutered, health checked, temperament tested, micro-chipped and socialized.
