Bella and Rosie were adopted in November 2017. Due to their owners severe medical issues and condition the dogs were surrendered back to our care to find a new placement. Both of the girls arrived in need of a good bath and groom and Jaimie at The Mutt Hutt was ready and waiting for their arrival to take great care of them. Our volunteer Brooke took the dogs to Gateway Animal Clinic for their health evaluations and necessary shots. Bella has some fatty tissue tumors along her underside but they are nothing to worry about at this time. Rosie is the shyer of the pair and enjoys the company of her sister.

Bella is working on losing a few pounds and Rosie could spare maybe two or three. They will be eating a strict diet to reduce their weight over the next month or two.

We do not have a history on the dogs prior to their placement when they were with us in 2017. We had originally taken the pair in September 2017 and placed them a few months later. While we do our best to match our dogs with lifetime owners we are always open to taking our dogs back when the need arises and we have the ability to do so. The girls were delighted to see their former foster provider Marsha when she arrived to pick them up and take them “home”.

The dogs are bonded and we are committed to placing them together in a home or apartment. We have reduced their adoption fee to insure their bonded placement and continued care.
