Irving arrived over  a week ago from the same place in central Ohio we got former Secondhand Mutts Emily, Ethel and Stewart from. He was expected to find a home but that didn’t work out so we offered to take him knowing we could place him. We got lots of application for Emily and hope that someone will want this cute King Charles Cavalier male. He is about 5 years old, he is scheduled to be neutered at Gateway Animal Clinic in the next week or two. He is a very social boy, he loves dogs, cats, kids and is fairly low key. He is white with apricot markings, he is about 12-15 pounds, and would love a lap to hang out on.

 We are not a traditional shelter, we are a cage-free facility. All dogs are temperament tested and must get along with other dogs to stay here. Appointments must be made in advance to meet our Secondhand Mutts. Please call 216-664-9660 or email rescue@secondhandmutts.org to set up a time. We are closed on Sundays. We prefer to adopt to local families but will consider long distance adoptions.
