The summer solstice is the start of a beautiful season with June 21st being the longest day of daylight. After a lengthy, long, cold winter, come celebrate the season of sunshine and warmth with Prana! We are so excited to be celebrating the Solstice with an evening practice this year. As your summer calendar fills quickly, why not make some time to dedicate to your own health and well being.
This class is for all levels and there will be plenty of modifications. Whether you complete 1 or 108, it doesn’t matter. The commitment to your breath, presence and spirit of this celebration is all that counts!
