Sunny

Sunny is a 9 month old Labrador mix. He has a white leg with black spots and could be mixed with spaniel or beagle or even Dalmatian….add it all up and he’s a mutt to us! Sunny was left tied to a local boarding kennel facility and left there alone until workers discovered him. With no other options but to send him to a local shelter or rescue he was networked our way and the timing worked out in his favor that we could help. He is a very nice dog, has good energy, loves to play with other dogs and would do well in any family environment. He is about 35-40 pounds so he’s not your typical Labrador Retriever size which you can’t tell from the pictures. If you’d like to meet he please email rescue@secondhandmutts.org. 

We are not a traditional shelter, we are a cage-free facility. All dogs are temperament tested and must get along with other dogs to stay here. Appointments must be made in advance to meet our Secondhand Mutts. Please call 216-664-9660 or email rescue@secondhandmutts.org to set up a time. We are closed on Sundays. We prefer to adopt to local families but will consider long distance adoptions.
